Have you heard about the craze of adults — normal, grown-ups — coloring intricately detailed coloring books? My wife enjoyed it recently. Candi in our office loves coloring. They say it’s relaxing and has been proven so. Me? Not at all! We talked about this on The Morning JoyRide recently. It would do the opposite of relaxing me. STRESS! All those choices! All that detail! I need some peppermint oil for my headache now.
