I am needing to have fellow Christians help me by lifting me up in prayer…It has become apparent to me how my marriage to my wife Kate can not continue the way it is and how we will both may have to suffer the hurtful effects of our being torn apart in our marriage covenant with God. She is not the same person she was when I first married her 22 years ago mostly due to her having to take prescription medicines over many years that have, unfortunately, over time, caused her to be profoundly disconnected from reality and lose much of her cognitive ability and social skills…In addition to having a broken heart, I feel as though much of each of our lives has wasted away (with her's being wasted w/out her even realizing this...)
I don't know just how I can stay married to her and I'm at my wit's end (dealing with despair) with these conditions that she has gathered over time…along w/ her seeming to not be able to do much of anything and have much emotional stability... I want to ask if you could help us receive some sort of miracle…(but I'm afraid I've lost all hope...) whether it be in her mental health restoration…receiving some undeniable sign from God…or a great divine assurance that she will be okay if God calls me out of this relationship (and my own depression I suffer being secondary to all this)…..I ask you would lift all of this up in prayer to Him now….
