I wish my boss would get fired. The more I work there, the more I saw her true color. First I need to say that I am NOT at all prejudice. I love EVERY people (nationality) ;Anyway, my boss is blk, the problems besides others thing is...she take favorite, and let another blk our co-worker get away with EVERY Thing. I had never in my life has a boss that be a blk. I have friends (they are blk, and they are very very nice person) But nothing like my boss. Very greedy, taker, VERY hot temper, jealous, and TWO face!! She is smart, BUT not in a good way. She -however lately try any way she could to give me bad time, pick on me, and squeeze me to leave my job. I am a VERY good/hard worker. (every one said so, included her) but after she knows that I am not give her a lot of value stuff any more, then she realize that she has no reason to be nice to me. There is no respect to me by her. she belittle me, put me down, mocked me the front of others. I do believe she took me for granted. and very unprofessional. If you work with her, and if you need her help for business matters. she will ignore you, but if you are blk. she would do for you almost immediately. Sad but the truth. And that blk co-worker are not good person at all. They both had the bad record ,as serious criminals. well, the fact that they are blk, my boss treats them like the best workers. Right now my boss try to toxic my mentally, and emotionally, included spiritually. Oh by the way, she is NOT a Christian. not even close. Also (neither those 2 blk co workers). There are quite a bit subject that my boss did wrong. I need to write up and keep it as a record, in case one day I might need it. I need to THANK"YOU" from the bottom of my heart to "YOU" whom pray for this. I had cancer before, I do have grand baby I raise her since she was 5 months, now she is about 2 yrs. old. I need a job. But work with an evil boss like this, it's very very hard for me to put up with. I used a lot of my money bought stuff for this mean boss, those blk co workers had never did buy her any thing. but just because they are blk like her. So, she worship them. and try any way to abuse me mentally, instead be grateful. Thank you so very much again and may God protect you and every one in your family. Very sincere grateful.
