Please pray in agreement with me: Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up James. We pray that he would have a personal and profound encounter with Jesus, that his heart would be drawn to put the Lord first in all things (Mark 12:30). We ask that you would help him to honor You and his marriage, guiding their finances according to Your will (Proverbs 3:9-10).Lord, we ask for Your blessing on James' work. May he be diligent, prosperous, and find favor with You and with man (Proverbs 12:11, 22:29). We declare that he will be the head and not the tail, and that everything he does prospers, for Your glory (Deuteronomy 28:13). Father, we pray that You would replace any spirit of fault-finding, gossip, apathy, condemnation, selfishness, slothful gluttony,grumbling, complaining, and unforgiveness with a heart of gratitude (Ephesians 5:4, 1 Thessalonians 5:18). We stand on Your promise that no weapon formed against him and his family will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, grant James wisdom, knowledge, discernment, and strength (Proverbs 2:6, Isaiah 40:29). Help him to walk into the opportunities You provide. Infuse his character with strength, courage and integrity for daily decisions and heal the past wounds of his heart (Psalm 147:3, 2 Timothy 1:7). Guide James as the leader of their home, that his parenting would reflect Jesus Christ to their children (Ephesians 6:4). Empower his leadership skills by the mind of Christ (Philippians 2:5). Keep him healthy and lead his hand and heart in their relationship, his work, their home, community, and church. Father, we pray a guard over James' heart, mouth, and mind (Psalm 19:14, Proverbs 4:23). Protect him from temptation and fill him with the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in tongues (Matthew 6:13, Ephesians 5:18). Surround him with encouraging and godly friendships (Proverbs 13:20), and break any soul ties or relationships that are not from You. We plead the blood of Jesus over their entire family, that they would be under Your protection and grace (Romans 5:9). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen. Encourage him with the truth of God's word, and remember that the Lord desires for all to come to the knowledge of the truth and be saved (1 Timothy 2:3-4). Pray he stand strong in his faith, and may the Lord bless his marriage and family. In Jesus Christ Name Amen
