I seek prayer for repentance of vanity, pride, anxiety, social anxiety, anger, how I speak to people, and bitterness and any form of deceit as well as Deliverance for myself and my wife. I seek a sound mind trusting in and focused on God. I also have a praise for getting really far with a potential job and seek guidance, direction, and lots of wisdom with the rest of process. Prayer for daughter
Please pray for my daughter. She made a school team as an incoming freshman but she is WAY behind all her other teammates in technique and skill. They have all had years of training and experience and she is new to all of it. After their first practice she already feels defeated and is in tears. She is struggling to catch on to even the basics. She is also struggling to feel like she fits in with the other girls as well. As a parent, I feel helpless and hate to watch her go back to practice tomorrow and feel that way again. I want this to be a fun and fulfilling experience for her, not one that makes her feel bad about herself. Please pray God gives her the strength to persevere. Pray for her coaches/directors that they have an abundance of patience and grace. And pray that she can find friendship and community in this group, grows in confidence and skill and learns to advocate for herself when she needs extra help.
