One of my favorite young groups is High Road. They sing the song Worry that reminds us what the Bible says about it.
Worry is really meditating on the things we can’t change. How about instead, we meditate on the things God CAN change! Focus on the ways He showed up in the Bible. Then remember times in your own life when He absolutely answered prayer. Maybe those answers didn’t come Who, What, When, Where or How you thought they would, but they came. God is infinitely more creative with His ways of answering prayer.
Today, pray fervently for what you need Him to do, then Let. It. Go and stop the worry.
