Alan Fisher, an ODU graduate, comes to Positive Alternative Radio and Joy FM with more than 25 years of commercial broadcasting experience, more than 15 of which were in the Engineering, IT and technical areas.  His duties include maintaining the equipment at the Joy FM studios and the many transmitter sites for Joy FM.

When not at home with his wife of 34 years and hounds, you will often find him teaching on the rifle range.
