The Regals + Sacred Harmony
March 27 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pmFree
- Great artists take numerous musical styles and influences, add their own talents and personality, and create a unique sound all their own. SACRED HARMONY personifies that. With a sound unlike any other group in Gospel music, the Tennessee-based trio is breaking through barriers with their blended style. They have led worship in large contemporary cathedrals , universities and at small country churches of all denominations. . “Our passion is not where we sing but rather who we sing about. Our goal is to impact people wherever God opens the door, to share the love of His son Jesus Christ,” stated Janet Weaver.
In 1984 these high school friends began singing together in local churches and venues.
The next 10 years would take THE REGALS all over the country and into the popular ranks of the Southern Gospel Music industry.
Why did we go our separate ways for 20+ years? God had to take each one of us and build our own individual witness. To season us, break us, and heal us so that we can now relate to those we minister to as a whole. To be able to laugh when they laugh; cry when they cry; praise when they praise and truly know there is healing in Christ.
Still the best of friends and now with a much greater zeal, these same guys pray that God will use us to carry the message of His love and healing to the broken and weary. To show them there is hope only in Jesus. To truly present ourselves and our ministry as ‘suitable’ for the King of Kings. You see, we all fall down. It’s the getting back up that really counts!
