Please allow at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of your event.

If you would want your event announced on the air, please contact our office at [email protected] and ask about special event packages that will promote your event to our listeners and support the ministry of Joy FM.

If you need to edit or delete your event after it is submitted, please go to the “Submit Events” page and click on the “My Events” button. After your event is edited it will need to be moderated before it will appear on the calendar.

The Dr. Miguel and Denese Brito Food Program for Women

The Dr. Miguel and Denese Brito Food Program for Women will host its second drive on Wednesday, May 25 from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The drive-thru drop off will take place at the Renaissance Shops at 2521 Phillips Avenue in Greensboro. If you Can not make it to the drive through and still want to help please use the link or the QR code to make a monetary donation. 100% of proceeds go to the program.

Brito Food Program
For too many families, what’s served on the table is incomplete each day. Struggling to keep those around it engaged and properly nourished. The Brito Food Program extends far beyond its markets’ walls. It reaches into our underserved communities and neighborhoods where healthier foods and proper nutrition are difficult to provide and rarely found on those tables.
The education provide through our unique medical market approach encourages and motivates women from all walks of life. It helps them with much more than how to prepare delicious, nutritious meals for their families. They can successfully incorporate what they’ve learned into more thoughtful food habits and share that knowledge with their family. Allowing them to enjoy those precious moments around the table for healthier lives together.
The Brito Food Program affords women who want to provide more for their families a dignified alternative to unhealthy food choices. The results are successful, positive changes in families now eating well for health.
100% of every donation goes to the medical market program. Directly impacting the availability of healthy foods. Education, and the much-needed service The Brito Food Program provides.
Assist with enriching the lives of hundreds of families in our communities and help create happier memories around those now bountiful tables.
